A 2011 video of Donald Trump saying then-President Barack Obama would start a war with Iran to get reelected is raising eyebrows in the wake of a US strike that killed a top Iranian general, but CNN's SE Cupp says that until more intelligence information is known, it is 'reckless' to suggest the strike was a political move by Trump.
