How To Record Screen in HD on Windows 10 FOR FREE!
In this tutorial you will see how you can record your PC screen in HD on Windows 10. We are going to be using a free Microsoft program called Microsoft Expression Encoder 4. Download it here: https://ift.tt/2Nua1Ue The installation will give you two basic programs: 1. The screen recording app 2. The video encoding and manipulation program Follow the instructions in the video to learn how to correctly download and install the app, and how to adjust the settings in order to record your screen in high definition. Additional note: I couldn't find a way to record this program using the program itself!
