There’s that nimble Kirin 970 processor with neural processing unit (NPU) smarts, a 24MP and 16MP dual camera combination, a 24MP selfie snapper, and those visually striking color options.
Looking for Honor 10 release date, pricing, and where to buy the phone? We’re still collecting all the details, but here’s what we know so far.
Honor 10 release date and pricing
The Honor 10 will be available from today at 4 P.M. from hihonor.com at first, followed by Carphone Warehouse, Amazon and John Lewis later today. The phone will then be available via Argos, Very and AO from May 16, the Honor team confirmed. Three customer? Then you can grab the phone from May 17.
The Honor 10 will be packing a 399 pound (~$540) price tag. By comparison, Chinese users will need to cough up 2,599 yuan (~$409). Now, a straight comparison isn’t ideal, as import duties and associated costs aren’t taken into account, but a $131 premium is still rather significant.
Despite the premium, the phone looks like a worthy challenger to phones from OnePlus, Nokia and Essential. Neither of these rivals have really reached Huawei’s level for camera quality though, so the ball is effectively in the Chinese company’s court.
