Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, has ambitious plans to colonize Mars. And that obsession with outer space seems to have yielded some dark humor — pun intended.
At his SpaceX office in California, Musk has a framed poster with an unusual message, Rolling Stone reported. The poster reads:
"When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteor hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed, no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteorite."
The Rolling Stone article didn't reference the company that makes the poster, but a similar version is sold by despair.com (pictured above).
Musk is known to have a sense of humor. He planned for his Tesla car models to spell out S3XY (sexy). In fact, the Model 3 was originally supposed to be the Model E, but Ford beat Tesla to the naming rights.
